Our Price Match Promise

We make it our mission to provide the best shopping experience for our customers, which is why we work with our favorite brands, source hard to find products, and bring them to you at retail prices with no exorbitant mark-ups. The retail prices are pegged against an annual, pre-approved currency exchange rate to make it systematic for our shop and staff, but our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at any reputable online retail outlet, we can custom match that price if it is lower than what we offered. 

How to avail of the Kaera Crafts Price Match Program

To make a Price Match request, please send applications to hello@kaeracrafts.com with details of the product you wish price-matched and related links.

Terms & Conditions

The product in question must be new, exactly identical in style, specification, size and color, and offered on the same terms. The subject price to be matched must be the regular price of the product in question.

Our Price Match Promise can be claimed against any reputable and official retailers but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.

Except for future release items, the competitor website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.

Backorders, pre-orders and other special orders may be price-matched too, subject to our Preorder terms. 

Gift vouchers are exempt.

Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.

We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor.

The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.

Prices may be calculated against competing website's current exchange rates.

If the program is found to be abused or misused, Kaera Crafts reserves the right to withdraw this Price Match Program at any time.
